Made from ecologic grapes our kind of soul Rhine Riesling with great tipicity, aromatic, floral and spicy. 2021 vintage shows elegance and a perfect balance between the richness of acidity, residual sugar. On Has tight structure and is firm on palate, abundant of green fruits, apple and gooseberry, reminds of flowering acacia and white pepper on the finish. Suitable for further ageing.
Food pairing – Asian and Mexican food, spicy and hot food, salty snacks, pork steak, goose and duck meat.
