Made from ecologic grapes, the stylish Chardonnay Barrique is the fingerprint of our terroir. 2021 vintage has an elegant and crisp acidity, rich in juicy citruses and green fruits notes followed tenderly by vanilla notes from big oak barrels of 500 l, persistent and full of zesty finish. Structure was improved by batonnage for 2 weeks. To complete the aromatic palette, the wine was stored for 6 weeks in amphoraes with different porosity. Suitable for further ageing.
