Made by ecologic grapes shows purple color, intense and deep on the nose, plenty of black and red fruits, black cherry, blackberry, red currant, earthiness, elegant on palate, firm structure, juicy with fine oak and tobacco notes, deep also lively shows the true kind of the variety. The finish is long, distinguished and spicy. Suitable for bottle ageing. Food pairing – tomato sauce pasta, veal or deer meat with berries sauce, mushroom risotto, goat soft cheese.
