Made by ecologic grapes, Syrah Reserve 2018 represent the winery selection, substance of Beltiugs terroir, profound expression of the variety. Deep purple appearance, powerful structure from extended oak maturation, ½ for one year and other half for two years, pronounced black fruits and oriental spices nose, generous and rich on palate, firm and persistent on finish, is unique and enticing, waiting to be discovered.
Food pairing – veal steak medium rare, beef and game stew, roast pork or grilled spicy lamb.
