Made from ecologic grapes, full of character and delicate, 2017 vintage is pale ruby, classic, elegant and soft with a lot of gentle red fruits aromas like cherries, red currant and strawberries, violet flowers, fine and velvety tannins on palate, elegant oak notes and freshness, persistent and firm on finish. Suitable for bottle ageing. Food pairing – lamb steak, duck or pigeon breast with figs, tuna or salmon tartar, baked beetroot garnish, Carpaccio.
