Made by ecologic grapes Grünspitz is found only in Beltiug area and we grafted an entire vineyard with this variety saving it from extinction. 2019 vintage is an exceptional natural wine, unfiltered and refreshing, macerated on skins for 4 days in open vats and spontaneously fermented, firm structure, phenolic with ample mid palate, mineral on finish. To complete the aromatic palette, the wine was stored for 10 days in 3 amphoraes with different porosity.
Very low sulphure content.
Food pairing – fish and seafood, marinated dishes, aspic.
